Shriners and Shriners Hospital for Children are dedicated to orthopedic care and burn injuries of children. At present there are a total of twenty-two Shrine Hospitals within the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as several Clinics owned, operated, and funded by Shriners.

These hospitals and Clinics provide expert care to children up to the age of eighteen, regardless of their race, creed, colour or the family’s ability to pay for hospital services.
The proposed budget for Shrine Hospitals this year is 980 million dollars. All monies that are generated from the Orillia Shrine Club’s Daily Cash Draw Calendar fundraiser will be used and stay in Canada.
